This was the first time I really began to tell my story. When it comes to my fitness I can’t tell you how many times I’ve been told you’re so lucky because of your genetics when the reality was I had achieved a level of fitness in spite of them. That said, I’ve been blessed to live in a time where there is effective treatment and to be instilled with a mindset that wouldn’t allow me to give up on myself. I hope sharing these stories offers some inspiration to keep going - you’re worthy of your best.
