Rickea Jackson pulls up for a candid conversation about her rookie year in the WNBA, her big 30-point breakout game, and what it’s really like being part of the Los Angeles Sparks' young core.

She breaks down what it’s like to play alongside stars like Kelsey Plum and Cam Brink, and opens up about the steepest learning curves in the league. Rickea also reflects on her “Welcome to the W” moment and how her confidence has evolved.

Beyond the court, she ranks her most iconic tunnel fits, shouts out Teonna Taylor, and gives us a look into the chaos and competitiveness of Unrivaled—including hilarious behind-the-scenes stories and what it was like teaming up with Breanna Stewart. Plus, she drops her starting five for W players with the best social media game and names the best hoopers in the league right now.
