𝗥𝗘𝗦𝗜𝗟𝗜𝗘𝗡𝗖𝗘: Our global #Taekwondo family shows us what bouncing back really means. In Mongolia, our community plants trees to restore damaged ecosystems. In training halls worldwide, athletes overcome every challenge with discipline and determination.

𝗥𝗘𝗦𝗜𝗟𝗜𝗘𝗡𝗖𝗘: From Kenya's reforestation efforts to Italy's conservation partnerships, our Member National Associations lead community-driven environmental action that mirrors the resilience we teach on the mats: getting back up, pushing forward, never giving up.

𝗥𝗘𝗦𝗜𝗟𝗜𝗘𝗡𝗖𝗘: Just as our athletes transform setbacks into comebacks, nature has an incredible power to heal and regenerate when we give it the chance. Through our partnership with IUCN Sports for Nature, we’re learning to be better enablers of this natural resilience.
