One of the best parts of running strongforlifeco is building real opportunities for the next gen of coaches.

We’re part of the Exercise Science internship program at Springfield College, where our head coach Dr. dr_lukey_lifts (with us nearly 4 years!) teaches. This year, we even sponsored the seniors' internship presentations. Our mentorship program was designed to raise up educated coaches—and hopefully hire one.

Today, I’m pumped to officially introduce our newest Strong For Life coach: Lauren Raffa 💪 laurenraffafitt 
Yes, she’s now accepting clients 👀

Lauren came through our internship collab with Springfield, crushed our 90hr/15-week mentorship, and earned her spot on this team. She’s finishing her degree in Exercise & Nutrition Science, competes in bodybuilding, and already has years of coaching experience.

She’s smart, educated, passionate about strength & nutrition, and committed to helping women build sustainable results. Lauren is the real deal—and she’s ready to coach you.
