The Heat wave is on but we’re still rocking some big days of training and I Gotta tell ya. Im still not built for the heat 🥵
Getting it the work done no matter what, but today was a good reminder how different things are when it’s hot.
Heart rate was high, floor was a slip and slide. What a time to be alive.
