Miso Honey Butter Sea Bass 🐟🍯
After doing this with the Cajun butter salmon this was the only logical next step. The miso honey butter sauce has some crazy umami flavor and would go good on just about anything. Chilean sea bass is probably my favorite fish of all time because of how buttery it naturally is. And YES the braid does actually serve a purpose and allows more flavor to get in more surface area of the meat 🫡
