Does Milk Tenderize Steak?? 🥛🥩
I was very skeptical of this one before trying it out 🤣 but can’t lie after using a low marbled choice grade prime rib and seeing how tender it became because of the milk was shocking 🤯 no change in flavor, if anything maybe a little less beefy tasting but it was extremely tender and the milk seemed to have significantly helped.
