Times when I (personally) think using Hi-Shine is a non-negotiable:

✨on dark colored balloons (no one likes a dusty black balloon)
✨on chrome balloons (what’s the point of spending extra for the sparkle if they stop sparkling in 5 minutes?!)
✨corporate setups you want to last through an entire conference (we’re not magicians, but the hi-shine will get us close to it)
✨any time you’re doing a water-themed setup (they should look wet because water is WET!)
✨an evening event where lighting will be low (if your balloons are matte they will literally disappear)
