Fish Tacos:

Fish:
-1 lb. white fish
-2 tbsp. olive oil
-juice from 1 lime
-1 clove garlic, minced
-1.5 tsp. chili powder, smoked paprika & ground cumin
-salt & pepper to taste
-corn tortillas
Slaw:
-1 bag coleslaw
-1 avocado
-2 tbsp. greek yogurt
-2 tbsp. mayo
-juice from 1 lemon
-1 clove garlic, minced
-2 tsp. minced dill
-salt & pepper to taste
Mango Salsa:
-1 ripe mango, diced
-1 red pepper, diced
-1/2 red onion, diced
-1 jalapeno, diced
-1-2 tbsp. lime juice
-1/2 cup cooked corn
-chopped cilantro
-salt & pepper to taste

Mojito:
-5 mint leaves, plus more for serving
-2 oz. white rum
-1 oz. lime juice
-1/2 oz. simple syrup
-club soda for topping off
-sliced lime for garnish
