From Port of Spain to playlists worldwide 🇹🇹🌍 — Melly Rose is not your average songstress.

Born in Trinidad, sharpened in Baltimore, and rooted in the Caribbean spirit, mellyroseofficial blends Afrobeat, Soca, R&B, and soul into something you feel in your chest.
This week on Offstage with Okayplayer, we chop it up about freedom, womanhood, rebirth, and that undeniable island influence that runs deep in her sound. From church choirs to global stages — it’s all love, all power, all vibes.
Tap in for a convo that’s sunlit, soul-fed, and straight from the heart. ☀️🎶
