We have to keep the pressure up: Tell your senators to keep their hands off public lands. More than a million acres of public lands could be sold off for profiteering.

Public lands provide irreplaceable habitat for wildlife, like grizzly bears and spotted owls, and are a crucial source of clean water, healthy air, and respite for us all.

Selling them off to the highest bidder is a cruel, irreversible betrayal — a horrific attempt to turn old-growth forests and crucial wildlife habitat into vacation homes for the country's richest people.

A one-time sale for a lifetime loss. We need to defend wild places before it's too late.
