Follow along as I harvest garlic, onions, and shallots from my garden. I’ll be dehydrating these and making powders this weekend. I cleared these out to make way for pumpkins and melons. Some of my tips for harvesting: stop watering for a week once you think it’s time to harvest; don’t wash off the bulbs; dry out indoors before storing longer term.
