I was craving this pink pasta my mom used to make for us all the time growing up so I called her up to come over and make it for me (which she did without hesitation 🥹) and I figured it was the perfect time to bust out the measuring cups and document the process so I can make it for my kids one day! “It’s not diet food” as my mom said but ohhh my goodness is it delicious! She would make trays of it for my birthday parties because all my friends were equally as obsessed. And now my nieces request it weekly 😂 Hope you love it as much as we do! Mom’s Pink Pasta  Serves 6-8 Total Time: 20 minutes  1 pound penne pasta 3 tablespoons salted butter  1 1/2 cups heavy cream 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese  3/4 cup red pasta sauce (my mom swears by the 6 cheese sauce from Ralph’s / @Kroger  3-4 cups chicken (from 1 rotisserie chicken), chopped into bite-sized pieces  Salt & pepper to taste  Instructions: Cook the pasta according to package instructions.  While the pasta cooks, melt the butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Once melted, add the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Once simmering, stir in the Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth. Stir in the red sauce until combined and then add the chicken. Stir everything until well combined and season to taste with salt and pepper.
