For Toronto, Carnival is a part of our heritage. It’s our moment to celebrate Caribbean roots with pride. And with help from crownmasto it’s our time to get up and dance. The trio combines old and new traditions that make everyone feel welcome in the celebration. And they don’t forget about the culture. A trip to Trinidad sparked inspiration for the group to continue learning about Caribbean culture and bringing it back to Toronto. Carnival is a glorious time of joy and celebration for the community but for Crown Mas, it’s also a sport that lets them stay active and express themselves through dance. #PlayNew
