📣 PROMOTION ALERT → Madison Ratchford Named Lead Junior Coach

We’re excited to announce that Madison Ratchford has officially been promoted to Lead Junior Coach at Lax On Elite!

A proud alumna of our program, Madison has spent the last three years under the mentorship of Co-Directors Vanessa Windsor and Jessica Scott. This summer, she’ll be co-coaching our 2030 team before stepping into a head coaching role for the 2025–2026 season.

Madison’s promotion comes with a resume that speaks for itself—both as a coach and a player.

Currently a senior attacker at Western Connecticut University, Madison is:

🏆 An All-Division Team selection
📈 A 100+ point scorer in a single season
🚀 A leader who helped take her team to the Second Round of the NCAA Tournament
📚 Recognized as All-Academic All-Division

She brings high-level experience, leadership, and a deep understanding of what it means to represent Lax On Elite.
