🗣️ “The splits give me hope to run under 3:49.”

After running the fastest mile ever by a woman, 3x Olympic 1500m champion and world record holder @faithkipyegon will get back to racing with a 1500m next weekend at the Prefontaine Classic in Eugene, Oregon. She hold the world record at 3:49.04 from last year’s Paris Diamond League.

She was estimated at 3:48.5ish through 1500m in her sub-4 minute mile attempt.
