Can interactive art shift how we relate to the natural world and confront growing environmental crises? The Northwestern Alumni Association is collaborating with #NUSoC Professor Özge Samanci on an Alumni Education Webinar called "Interactive Art in an Age of Ecological Crisis," next Tuesday, July 1, at Noon CDT. In her talk, Professor Samanci explores this question through several of her interactive installations, which attempt to disrupt habitual perceptions and create space for reflection, humor, empathy, and change.
