USAW U23 2025 Nationals Recap + some hiking pics🇺🇸

Travelled all the way to Colorado Springs to compete! I totaled 155kg which is a 4kg total pr! I went 3/3 in snatch, finishing with a beautiful 67kg. And then 2/3 in c&j ending with a comp pr of 89kg! Overall this meet went so well, my warmups stayed consistent, I was excited, and I got to see a dog. While I missed my opener for c&j, I got up, laughed it off and went up in weight and then continued to make a 5kg jump for my last attempt. 

I’m so grateful I got the opportunity to travel this far and got to have a mini vacation with my family. I couldn’t have done it without katelynwanders and my hammerstrengthwlc family back home cheering me on. 

This meet made me realize I have SO much more in the tank especially in snatches. We are also gonna put on some more muscle 😏. 

Side note: got to meet hamptonmorris which was super cool AND Beyoncé was playing while I was warming up so it just HAD to be a good meet.
