And the truth is—PTSD affects far more than just war veterans.

It lives in the lives of:
 •  Survivors of sexual assault
 •  Caregivers like actress Uzo Aduba
 •  Children exposed to trauma
 •  First responders
 •  And especially Black communities facing chronic violence, racism, and limited access to mental health care.

PTSD can look like:
• Panic attacks
• Sleepless nights
• Avoiding people or places
• Flashbacks
• Emotional numbness

Not all wounds are visible.
And no one should have to heal alone.
