Our NeuroAbility network, a part of Capgemini’s Neuroinclusion program launched in 2022, has been creating a supportive space for our neurodivergent colleagues in 12 geographies. This community is a vital part of our workforce, bringing their unique skills and perspectives to the workplace. 

🏆 What’s more, our Neuroinclusion program recently won the Zero Project Award 2025! Plus, we were named a “Best Place to Work for Disability Inclusion” in 2024 and won the MAPFRE Inclusión Responsable Award.
