Every year, Capgemini deliver impactful leadership programs to support our employees with their personal development.
 
Pam, our UK Talent Manager, created the Future Leaders program in 2024 with maynard_leigh and this program is truly one of a kind. 
 
43 top talent employees were selected from across the business to embark on a leadership development program like no other. 

They spent 8 months on an intensive and experiential development journey connecting with senior leaders, building strong networks and developing their leadership skills through various development workshops and business challenges.
 
Pam said, “The feedback from participants has been truly inspiring. Many have said the program has been life changing, their development and growth has enabled them to feel more confident and bold to take positive steps to accelerate their careers”
