At Capgemini, we take pride in our inclusive culture every day. Pride is a sentiment that shapes a vibrant, supportive, and inclusive work environment, empowering all our people to thrive, regardless of their gender identities and sexual orientations! 🤝 

Instead of adding a rainbow to our logo for Pride month this year, we’ll continue working closely with OUTfront, our award-winning global employee network group operating in 26 countries, to organize awareness programs, update our travel, parental leave, medical policies, and more, ensuring LGBT+ inclusion all year round. 

Here are some highlights of the progress we’ve made:
🏳️‍⚧️ We introduced the gender transition guidelines in India and Italy, aligned with our Diversity & Inclusion policy, to provide guidance and support to our colleagues, their managers, and peers to better understand and navigate this process.

🌈 Confidential Contacts is an informal group of peers that offer guidance and a listening ear.
🏳️‍⚧️Our LGBT+ Travel Resources guide helps colleagues plan international business travel, keeping LGBT+ rights and laws of different countries in mind.

🌈 Our progress has been recognized - from the Gold Top Global Employer award in Stonewall's Global Workplace Equality Index to Human Rights Campaign awards in the USA, Mexico, and Brazil.

Together with OUTfront, we celebrate Pride every day of the year, shaping inclusive futures for all!
