Going beyond embracing the differences and uniqueness of our people, we also cultivate our commonalities to engage all of our workforce, shaping #InclusiveFutures for all.
 
Over the past years, we have made substantial progress in improving women's representation — with a 5.8% increase in the workforce and a notable 9.4% rise in executive positions since 2019, advancing towards our #ESG targets.

We are going beyond representation to ensure inclusive futures for everyone through flagship programs like dedicated training pathways and mentorship opportunities, enhancing work-life balance through our flexible work policy, and facilitating continuous feedback.  In 2023, more than 16,000 colleagues participated in Inclusion Circles, an ongoing initiative that brings our leaders and colleagues together to have open conversations on inclusion to better understand their experiences and prompt meaningful action.

On International Women’s Day, we celebrate our colleagues and thank our allies for their constant support. Together with Women@Capgemini, our largest global employee network group, we will continue strengthening our efforts to celebrate women every day of the year, nurturing the #InclusiveFuture we all want!
