🤔 What’s a lesser-known Veeam feature that you think more people should know about? 💯

I think more companies should take advantage of the self service restore portal in VB365 to allow end users to restore data they need.

💚 What was your favorite moment from #VeeamON? 🪶

My favorite moment was from VeeamON 2017 in New Orleans. I enrolled in the #VMCE course while I was there and, despite not having any experience with VMWare or any of the storage technologies covered in the exam, I was able to cram and pass. At that time, it was just a feather in my cap and I did not imagine using the knowledge except for the very small part that pertained to backup and replication of our Hyper-V environment.

Fast forward a few years and a few job changes, and I see VeeamON and my perseverance to get that first VMCE certification as pivotal to me being a part of the best tech community in the world!

🏅 What is one fun fact that people would be surprised to know about you? 🤾‍♂️

It’s been a while now, but I played ultimate frisbee at a very high level having competed at two world championships. One was with Team Canada on the beach in Dubai in 2015 and the other was on fields in Winnipeg in 2016. Team Canada finished 5th in Dubai…and Winnipeg was a lot of fun…
