👩‍💻 How did you get started in IT? 🛜

My first personal PC was given to me by my parents and my godfather for my 10th birthday. It was a Pentium III 800Mhz with 128MB of RAM with a small graphics card, perfect for chaining frags in Quake III, but also for allowing me to take my very first steps on the internet. 

56k connection with its sweet melody which will remain engraved in my head, a limited # of hours of browsing per month to access a whole bunch of information. It was magical, until the moment of a phone call cut off the connection right in the middle of the page loading! 

💡 What's your tip for backups / using Veeam? 💯

Use the 3-2-1-1-0 Rule. Veeam Backup & Replication offers you many ways to accomplish it (Disk, S3, Tape). Schedule your backups to run automatically so they’re not forgotten. Protect your backup infrastructure and apply hardening to protect your backup infrastructure.

And if you are lost during the configuration just press F1! You will be redirected to the Help Center at the step where you are. 😉

🎧 What’s your favorite piece of tech? 🤖

I have always been passionate about new technologies; I can still see myself with my Walkman and my cassettes, taking my first photos with a digital camera, logging on MSN in the evening when returning from classes. 

Now, we can do all this from our smartphone and much more. Today, I am fascinated by artificial intelligence and the possibilities it brings to everyday life. However, I remain vigilant about its use which can be misused for malicious purposes. 

💚 What's your favorite memory from the Veeam Community? 🤝

I have several in mind, but I would say organizing the first face-to-face Veeam User Group in France. Managing this event allowed me to get out of my comfort zone (organizing an event is not as simple as setting up a backup job :D) and to be rewarded with the enthusiasm of the people present.
