Flapjack Friday + Run the Parks = the best kind of morning 🏃‍♀️🥞☀️

Today Teagan and Makenna ran with the Mill City Run Club to tackle the 5-mile trail through Northeast Minneapolis! On their run, they hit several MPRB parks and soaked in those Mississippi River views along the way.

 ✨ Bonus: We shaved 10 minutes off our time from week one!

We’re keeping the momentum going as we train for our first half-marathon later this summer. Let’s run it back next week 👟💪
