Make a big batch of this raspberry lemonade base and enjoy it all summer long topped off with fizzy ginger beer for the most refreshing drink that you can enjoy as a mocktail or cocktail! (Just add a splash of vodka or whiskey 😉) #QPartner 21+

RECIPE BELOW 👇

We’re on a ginger beer kick lately, and we recently discovered that it’s not just great for drinks – it can also double as a super flavorful marinade! We tried it for sweet & spicy grilled shrimp tacos and they were DELICIOUS 👌 (perfect for pairing with this refreshing, slightly spicy lemonade!)

Ginger beer quality makes all the difference, and we always recommend QMIXERS! Q GINGER BEER is more than a mixer. It’s made with real ingredients, including plenty of ginger, chili peppers for an extra fiery kick, and agave, which makes it subtly sweet and doesn’t overpower any cocktail. (I can’t stand a too-sweet cocktail!)

Plus, as you can see in this video, the carbonation is unparalleled 🙌🫧 Using quality mixers like Q is the easiest way to improve your home bartending skills.

RASPBERRY GINGER LEMONADE:

For the raspberry lemonade base:

2 tbsp lemon zest
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
1/2 cup water
1 1/2 cups fresh raspberries

Using your hands, massage together the lemon zest and sugar for about 1 min to release the oils.

Add the sugar/lemon zest to a saucepan with the lemon juice, water and raspberries. Heat until the sugar is dissolved and the raspberries are softened (~5-7 min), stirring often, then remove from the heat & let cool to room temperature.

Strain the lemonade mixture through a fine mesh sieve and chill in the refrigerator until very cold.

For one drink:

2 oz raspberry lemonade base
4 oz Q GINGER BEER

Pour the lemonade over ice and top with ginger beer. Stir, then enjoy!
