Carrot Cake Swiss roll with buttercream filling and a caramel buttercream frosting. The cake is decorated with edible flowers, marzipan mushrooms, and cake crumb moss. I was so pleased with how this one turned out  and I’m shocked I haven’t shared it on here yet! The marzipan mushrooms are fashioned after pink oyster mushrooms. One of my favorites!
