“Thirty years ago both my parents graduated as first-generation students from UC San Diego. This month, they got to come back to their alma mater and watch their daughter walk the same stage they did! 

My mom and I are both Marshall college students while my dad is in Revelle. I grew up going on campus with my parents, they would walk around and reminisce about their time at UC San Diego. 

As a graduate now, I am so grateful to have made my own memories of UCSD and carry on our triton legacy. 🔱 

Thank you, Mom and Dad. With your love and support, I’ve grown to love UCSD just as much as you do. 💙”
