◦2 oz Empress 1908 Indigo Gin
◦1 oz Fresh Lime Juice
◦½ oz Maraschino Liqueur
◦½ oz Simple Syrup
◦3-4 Watermelon Cubes
◦Watermelon Slice, to garnish

METHOD: Add the watermelon cubes and Empress 1908 Indigo Gin to a shake and muddle. Add the remaining ingredients and shake vigorously with ice. Fine strain into a chilled coupe glass. Garnish with a slice of watermelon and enjoy!
