The Winner Will | Performance Coach on Instagram: "Joely is one of those athletes you can’t help but watch—her energy and drive are contagious.

It’s been special to see her grow through the mental side of the game: learning to play free, lead with heart, and stay steady through the tough moments.

👇 Read Joely’s journey in her own words as an athlete training with The Winner Will:

“Mental training is such an important and valuable part of this sport, and it has influenced the way I train, compete, and carry myself.

Before I started this training, I often let my competitiveness overshadow my love for the game. I used to let pressure and comparison hold me back from being free to play and it often decreased my confidence in my abilities. After putting in the work with The Winner Will, I am able to “stay home”, compete with confidence, and give generously to my team.

My confidence in my volleyball abilities is no longer so tied to my performance, as I know I am exactly where I am supposed to be as a developing athlete. By staying mentally strong and relentlessly working towards my goals, I continue to have so many opportunities. I have learned the tools to label and listen to my emotions instead of letting them control me.

The Winner Will has taught me what it means to peak under pressure and how to bring my true self while competing. I look forward to continue working with The Winner Will as it has not only had a positive impact on my performance on the court, but in every aspect of my life as well.”
