Monday July 7th - Friday July 11th get ready for the BEST type of competition. YOU against YOU!

7 days of challenging workouts with different focus moves per day. Track all of your stats in the F45 app to set yourself a baseline for the future OR see how far you’ve come since the last time we did Trials.

A great week to 
⚡️come prepared!! - check the F45 app prior to each day to see what’s on deck, get to class early so you can create a game plan and ATTACK these workouts.
⚡️be intentional!! - set yourself intentions as your approach different moves and stations, or the workout in general. You’ll have a goal, focus in on that and get after it.
⚡️HAVE FUN!! - nothing better than duking it out against yourself (and those around you!). Don’t take yourself too seriously, have fun, and push yourself.
