Rack of Lamb w/ Yogurt Sauce 🔥 A smoked and seared rack of lamb is one of my favorite bites and always hits 💯 Kick it up with this garlic yogurt sauce and you’ve got a certified treat 🤤 Who wants a chop?!

YOGURT SAUCE:
▪️1 cup full-fat Greek yogurt
▪️1 tablespoon minced garlic 
▪️1 tablespoon lemon juice 
▪️1 teaspoon lemon zest
▪️1/2 tablespoon chopped fresh mint
▪️1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
▪️ 1/2 tablespoon chopped fresh basil 
▪️ Salt and pepper to taste
🟢TO MAKE: combine all ingredients in a small bowl. Stir to combine and enjoy!
