NAME A BETTER FEELING. 🥰 Hard to explain this feeling of galloping through the Kyrgyz wilderness alongside a crew of friends who, just days ago, were complete strangers. 

It was only day 2 of my Kyrgyzstan Group Trip 🇰🇬 & I’d already whisked everyone away on a 7-hour road trip to this remote lake, hundreds of miles from any town/shop/hotel, with only a few bundles of white yurts lining the lake shores. This place feels so precious and untouched, and I hope it stays that way. 🙏🏼❤️

We spent hours on horseback without an agenda, internet, or another *human* soul (we met lots of sheep, cows, and horses) in sight. The wind on our hair, the drizzling rain keeping us cool, and smiles plastered on our faces. 🥹

I think this will be one of those travel memories I return to again and again — a reminder of what life is all about, and that some of my happiest moments unfold when I strip away the luxuries, over-complications, and expectations… and slip into flow with the natural world. 🐎🌀
