Fine Arts Building, then and now: Frank J. Rumoro has taught guitar from his studio in the Fine Arts Building for decades. The first photo is his studio door in 1989, and the second photo shows his door as it looks in 2025.

Tumoro’s guitar course is tailored to the individual needs of each student regardless of level, whether beginner, intermediate, or very advanced, in order to create the complete musician prepared to perform in any setting or style of music.
