#Roommates, #TonyBuzbee is speaking out after a Los Angeles County judge fully dismisses #JayZ’s extortion and defamation case against him. According to rollingstone, in a 65-page ruling, Judge Mark Epstein said he was not “wholly satisfied” with his decision, but tried to balance the competing interests at play and would wait for the Court of Appeal to step in to determine whether he was “right or wrong.” He ended his ruling with the phrase, “Stay tuned.”

If you recall, Jay-Z sued Buzbee last year, claiming the attorney knew he was peddling lies when he filed a lawsuit accusing Jay-Z & #Diddy of sexually assaulting a 13-year-old girl at a New York party 25 years ago. ___________________________________
In addition, Judge Epstein deemed the recording of Jay-Z’s accuser agreeing with investigators that he didn’t assault her and saying Buzbee brought him into it as inadmissible. “Although the investigators stated that Doe’s affect was calm and relaxed throughout, that is not what the court heard,” he stated. ___________________________________
Buzbee isn’t done with his issues with Jay-Z. He tells tmz_tv, his case was dismissed “in a lengthy, well-reasoned opinion” and he will be asking for “a lot” of money for attorneys’ fees for “defending against a meritless case.” Tony also states, “We have a long history of winning.
