Nu ik klaar ben met stage en bijna ben afgestudeerd heb ik eindelijk weer meer tijd vrij in de week. Ik heb handstanden een poosje op een laag pitje gehad omdat ik er gewoonweg niet de tijd voor had, ik vond mijn reguliere krachttrainingen voor gaan. 

Vanaf nu zitten handstanden weer volop in mijn routine en zullen jullie dus ook meer handstand content voorbij zien komen. Weer helemaal gemotiveerd ook om mezelf hierin te blijven verbeteren. Let’s go❤️💥
