Believe it or not, maar deze billen waren eerst verre weg van aanwezig. Ik ben altijd een flat 🍑 girly geweest, waar uiteraard helemaal niks mis mee is, maar daardoor ben ik nu wel extra blij dat al het harde werk in de gym zijn vruchten afwerpt👏 Wat heb ik ontzettend veel pijnlijke legdays gehad, dagen niet normaal kunnen lopen van de spierpijn, but it’s worth it.

Tips voor glute gains:

❤️Focus op progressive overload – blijf je gewicht of herhalingen opbouwen.

❤️Train 2–3x per week gericht op billen.

❤️Glute-activatie: doe een warming-up vóór je workout.

❤️Compound + isolatie – mix oefeningen zoals hip thrusts, squats én cable kickbacks.

❤️Eet genoeg eiwitten – spieren groeien niet van lucht!

❤️Consistentie = key – hou vol, het kost tijd!
