## Caption

Went for a 5KM morning run. I try to do these every week and i will soon go for it twice a week. Did this in 26:48 with an average pace of 5:18. The runs are getting easier and i will soon transition into the 4-5 minute area. 😤

When i was younger the only thing i knew about skincare was: “dont touch your face with dirty hands, moisturize and drink a lot of water”. So these products are all new to me! @zalando gifted me these a while back and finally took time to make use of if! Let me know if you want me to highlight them! 💆🏽‍♂️

Seems like summer has finally arrived in Amsterdam. Put on a fly summer fit and i am ready for the day😚. Duraq wont be on when i arrive at the destination. Dont worry😂
