Een jaar geleden kon ik nog geen een pull up zonder hulp van een elastiek. Na maanden te oefenen, blijven herhalen, lukt het nu zelfs om te springen en zonder elastiek! Het springen was echt wel een mentaal dingetje, toch bang om te vallen. Maar I did it!! Jij kan het ook❤️🫶🏼
