Ep. 4 of trying to make my dream wedding cake is and I’ve had strawberry cake on my radar for a while now! I was initially just going to do the cream cheese buttercream as the filling but swapped it out for whipped strawberry ganache instead 🍓

This may not be the winning wedding cake flavor but it was such a yummy dessert to make for summer and the full recipe to make a simpler version of this at home is on my substack 💌
