The Shaw Elite app is a fully custom built app that will be unlike any other app out there. We could have used an “app platform” like so many people do but that is not the standard I have set for myself. This custom built app has taken over a year to come together but the end result will be worth it and our goal is for this to truly help people change their lives! We will have the best when it comes to nutrition and diet planning from probodycoach. He has built out a custom plan that will fit eating into your lifestyle and based on foods you enjoy eating…this will be a game changer! We will have the best training plans to meet your individual goals headed up by bighousepower. We understand that everyone has different training goals and we want to have a plan for everyone. There will be everything from a “no barriers” workout plan that can be done at home with bodyweight and simple equipment to top level training. Both mrskerishaw and myself will also be involved with the training to make this the best it possibly can be! Another key component of the app will be mindset. I am very excited about this portion of the app because this will help so many people on a daily basis! So many features and exciting things will be coming with this app!
