🌊 Return to the River: Exploring Development on the South Platte River: Journeyed through the transformative River North (RiNo) district, seeing how the Arkins Promenade, RiNo ArtPark, and Denargo Market are reclaiming the river's edge, blending industrial heritage with art, and delivering massive urban infill with green space.

🏘️ Clara Brown Commons & The Burrell: Explored creative approaches to affordable housing, from Clara Brown Commons' diverse offering of apartments & townhomes with communal areas to The Burrell's luxury-at-an-affordable-price condos in Denver's historic Five Points. 

💚 Homeless to Housed: Denver’s Approach: Toured the John Parvensky Stout Street Recuperative Care Center, an innovative mixed-use facility integrating health care, supportive services, and long-term housing solutions for those experiencing homelessness.
