High school students from across the U.S. and Canada came together for a hands-on learning experience designed to inspire the next generation of leaders in land use and real estate. Working in teams, they tackled a real-world redevelopment challenge, creating plans that balanced financial goals, community needs, and environmental priorities.

2nd Place (Tie): Concrete Visionaries, Brooklyn Technical High School (Brooklyn, NY) and Phoenix Development, Bloor Collegiate Institute (Toronto, ON)
