Aptos’ World’s Shortest Parade - July 4 at 10am to 2pm: Celebrate Independence Day in Aptos at the “World’s Shortest Parade.”

Santa Cruz Firecracker Race - July 4: Enjoy a fun run to kick off your 4th of July celebrations at the Harvey West Park in Santa Cruz. There are 5K, 10K, and 1K options, so there’s a race for everyone!

Roaring Camp Railroads: 4th of July - July 4 from 10am to 5 pm: Take either the Redwood Forest Steam Train or the Santa Cruz Beach Train.
