Playing around with a few new menus! Love the flavor on the coffee crusted tenderloin, yuzu beurre blanc, chive oil, smoked with hickory and asparagus mosaic brushed with beet oil. Finished it off with activated charcoal. Can’t wait to cook for you guys on these popups and private events!
