The last few years have been a whirlwind of challenges, competitions, new beginnings and opportunities. 

I will be forever grateful to the amazing people that have supported me along the way and that have helped to make this next chapter possible!

To the entire Birdies team who helped me transform from our fried fried chicken concept to OKCs hottest Korean steakhouse in just a few weeks and have become a standout in not only food but service, THANK YOU! 

And an extra special shoutout to our core team - _jessie_gomez who has helped lead our culinary staff and whipped up some fantastic desserts, prilemma who developed and curated our top tier worldly cocktails and colelipscomb, our GM and fearless leader who jumped head first into a crazy 4 week restaurant transformation and has crafted our service to perfection. 
Finally, thank you to OKC for embracing our concept, staff and cuisine. 🖤 

Let’s do it again 😉. 

We can’t wait to debut all that we have been working on and to give OKC and 23rd street a restaurant like they’ve never seen.
