Galbi is a Korean dish of beef short ribs that are marinated and then grilled, and my favorite dish to make Korean BBQ style.

This marinate is rich, flavorful and can’t be complete without the smoky taste from the techef.cookware non-stick grill pan. 

Perfectly seared, melt-in-your-mouth goodness, all while keeping your kitchen mess-free. You can now host your own Korean BBQ party or enjoy a meal at home, all with the TeChef grill pan & portable gas stove!

LA Galbi (beef short ribs) About 2.5 lb
Dark soy sauce 1 cup 
Mirin 1/2 cup 
Brown sugar 1/2 cup 
Minced garlic 1/4 cup 
Green onion 1 cup 
Sesame oil 2 tbsp
Pepper 1T
