This is the soup stock we used in my recent tteok-guk video. It is very versatile, flavorful and easy way to bring depth to any dish. 

I got my Yuksu-tea bags at Dong-A Korean market in Moore (1224 N Eastern Ave) but you can find this or a variation at any Korean market or Asian supermarket.
