The only way to celebrate the New Year in Korea..
Tteok-Guk 🍲 

This broth soup has so much flavor, tradition and good luck 😉. And in my house we love adding dumplings to give it an extra layer. Growing up we would make dumplings all day and eat the soup at night for our celebration. 

Tteok-Guk
-beef (any kind will do, even scraps)
-sesame oil
-soy sauce for soup
-rice cake (the oval ones)
-garlic
-egg
-anchovy broth (video on this coming)
-dumplings (optional)
